Quality Inn New Kensington

We go here alot to dance and see bands. Drinks are reasonable. They just reopened the restaurant. I have not tried it yet. I met a girl who ate there Saturday and she loved it.

This place is great! I know many of the reviews are older and they don't do justice to this hotel. This place is very well kept, clean and I found no offensive odors. They do have smoking rooms and I guess that would disappoint some people. But my non-smoking room was fine. I don't understand the complaints about the room being small or the outdated bathrooms. The room size is adequate and I'm not sleeping in the bathtub either. The sports bar is nice the food is great. Regarding the bar being small, that is false. There are 25 seats at the bar alone. Plus there is plenty of other seating such as booths and at least one 6 person table. Someone made a comment about hookers and truck drivers which is nonsense. I drive a truck and I am in Pittsburgh to visit my kids for Thanksgiving. The CDL rate of $50.00/night is excellent. Don't believe everything you read.

Have to give a shout out to Ang! Had the pleasure of having her as our housekeeper two days in a row, she was very pleasant person and helped us with everything we asked for and went above and beyond to help us out. The counter staff was also very accommodating and we were always greeted with a smile! The room were okay, our air conditioner stunk when we turned it on, there was burn holes in the curtains and sadly our bathtub wasn’t fully functioning and you could only shower (which was disappointed for my kids). Would recommend staying here if it was for a day or two.

I don't have a dog currently. I actually rescue waterfowl. However, I do love a good dog friendly hotel/motel. I was very glad to hear a dog guest the morning I was leaving. That never upsets me to hear animals (as long as their safe). It's the humans I don't care to hear...lol!

We had best time staying here!! Our room was nice and clean. The pool was clean and the people were so nice! Went to the lounge in the evening and had a great time! In the morning, they have a breakfast area with free foods. My husband made his own waffles!!! Delicious!!! We hated to leave!!! But we're going back this summer, i can't wait!

Great hotel and really nice staff:) Very pleased with the room and cleanliness of it. Only complaint we have is the hotel is doing a major renovation and nothing was open. The pool and restaurant were closed. We picked this place for the pool and the restaurant. We wish it would of been on the website "Under construstion" and pool/restaurant is closed. Other than that everything was amazing!!

Went for a Halloween party in the banquet hall & our friends band was playing. The staff were all great & wonderful. Went to the bar & ordered some food which we simply got appetizers, quality was what you would expect. The room was clean, bed was comfortable enough (though the mattress probably could use updating, but it was still good enough to get a good night's sleep) & even the pillows were comfortable. There was a refrigerator, microwave & safe in the room. We did not try the breakfast this visit. We would stay here again. And once again every staff member we encountered were all friendly & helpful!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We had an impromptu family gathering after a funeral, and the staff let us sit in the breakfast area and brought us pizza, which was actually pretty good. Also, the main areas in the ground floor were clean and well laid out.
